
I wasn't out on the street, so I couldn't look at the manhole cover as I drew. I had to just sort of pull stuff from memory.

Both of the shade-tree mechanic drawings here are just drawn from memory/imagination. (Which accounts, I think, for the second mechanic below seeming too large for his car.)

what i like most about these is the way you're using your space, the way you fill your paper and also that the line is getting bolder. The manhole, well thats a good memory, no? but i particularly like the anatomy drawing for the line
I know that the charcoal is just the very devil to control, but the two of you seem to be getting along well together.
