
As is often the case, I was still working on this drawing when the vehicle's owners got in and drove it away.



The 2 or 3 of you who look at this blog with some regularity will notice that both of the drawings below are simply recent versions of a pose which keeps recurring to me: a guy sitting on a tailgate reading. Since I do this most evenings, I suppose I am continually reminded of the various ways the legs and arms interact, etc. Both of these take a single pose and explore it in pastel and Wacom.
