Might the uppermost image be a rendering of the lights along one of the viaducts traversing the Trinity River?
All four of these 'sketches' seem 'of a piece' to my eye.
Believe it or not, the lights drawing is inspired by one of my photos at Buckingham Palace, but I think you are correct in noting the similarity to the Trinity River bridge lights!
