If I keep trying to do a self-portrait (not because I'm lovely, but just because it seems to be an exercise in skill that I need), sooner or later I might pull one off. I like this drawing, but it doesn't look like me!
I've decided to use this blog, once strictly my "travel log," as a space to make others comments, on books, music, art, whatever. And of course when I head to London in August I'll make travel posts as well.

i like your limited palette in this, and little contrast between the colours but with a good effect. also the eyes, behind the glasses
